You’ll be the go-to technical authority in our Enterprise Infrastructure team, driving the design, deployment, and evolution of secure, high-performance networks that support diverse and demanding environments.

Key responsibilities
- Architect & Deliver: Design and implement enterprise network solutions using HPE Aruba technologies (Aruba Central, ClearPass, ArubaOS-CX) and SSE frameworks.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Serve as the technical lead for network architecture initiatives, applying SASE principles such as ZTNA, SWG, and CASB.
- Integrate & Secure: Partner with security and cloud teams to build seamless, secure access frameworks for remote users, branch offices, and cloud workloads.
- Maintain Excellence: Perform upgrades, patches, and preventative maintenance in line with best practices.
- Collaborate & Resolve: Work with vendors to deliver projects on time and tackle complex issues head-on.
- Document & Improve: Maintain accurate network documentation and evaluate emerging technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Mentor & Support: Share your expertise with teammates, helping to elevate the entire team’s capabilities.
Role requirements
- 5+ years in a hands-on Network Engineering role.
- Industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Aruba ACMP/ACDP, or equivalent.
- Proven experience with enterprise networking vendors (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet).
- Expertise in routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP) and wireless networking.
- Strong understanding of SASE, SD-WAN, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Solid grasp of protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, VLAN, BGP, OSPF.
- Knowledge of segmentation, HA configurations, and disaster recovery strategies.
